“With our projects, particularly the Investment Island and Innovation and Biotechnology Center, we would like to realize high value-added medium and high technology investments in Trabzon. That is why I would like to congratulate you. Especially the vision of health tourism is very important. The US market is very open on this subject, and number of people going abroad for health services is increasing. I have been working on Turkey-USA relationships for 30 years in the region. There had been many problems within this period but all have been solved. The important thing is to keep communication channels open. Both countries’ presidents are willing on this matter. Once we overcome political issues, we will carry out better works in economic terms. I am optimistic about this.”
