Trabzon World Trade Center
Trabzon World Trade Center is a huge project consisting of one five start hotel, one four star hotel, fair and conference center, private medical center with dermatology, dentistry and plastic surgery departments, commercial and administrative offices, luxury residences, retail stores, food-beverage services, and spa & sport facilities.
Word-class 5 star luxury hotel with 145 rooms will provide all kinds of comfort and offer a unique experience to its guests.
4-star hotel will have 176 rooms and 11 suites, as well as many cafes and restaurants.
Trabzon World Trade Center will host many international and local brands.
Within the scope of conference services, 2100-seat conference hall will be multi-functional and can be transformed into a large ballroom and theater where all kinds of events can be organized.The conference hall, which includes 17 meeting rooms, will make it easier for Trabzon to host cultural and business world.

Araklı Project
Araklı Life Center Project was designed to reshape the marine space at Araklı Kalecik location and the area on Turup Tepesi.
In the project, Marina was designed to host luxury and entertainment. Sea stage of the project consists of 5-star hotel, luxury shopping mall, business centers, marina & yacht club, health centers, training facilities, luxury residences with sea view and mosque with local architectural design.
Sea stage of the project will be connected to the hill stage with a cable way. Hill stage of the project will complete the marina project with a series of new and unique presentations by turning it into a recreation, entertainment and social center where the luxury and natural beauty meet.
The project area at Araklı Tepesi (Araklı Hill) will contain a luxury hotel and a holiday complex, horse riding club, Theme Park Complex, picnic areas, special hospitals, rehabilitation center, recreation and social center, residences, shopping mall, a large mosque and training facilities.
